Nakanozawa Onsen at Numajiri Goyu boasts Japan's largest hot spring output.

Until now, the highest single-source output was 9,000 liters per minute at Tamagawa Hot Springs in Akita Prefecture. However, in October 2009, a survey by the Aizu Public Health Center in Fukushima Prefecture revealed that the Numajiri Motoyu and Nakanosawa springs have a single-source output of 13,400 liters per minute, making them Japan's largest.
